Today I talk about how often it's just our painful memories that keep us from starting anew, however, we are the ones keeping them burning brightly in our minds by continuing to breathe life into them. If we will just ignore those sad thoughts when they come and move forward toward what we desire, we will find ourselves having the life that we desire!
It's one thing to know what we need to do, but how do we just go and do it?
